If I were to earn money with cosplay, i would have opened my own shop and allowed every proposal to use my clothes in TV as a P.R, wouldn't I? Yes, I sell my used costumes in private transactions or exchange them in second-hand store. But I wouldn't consider that as 'commercial use', because I think it's not. I'm no more than a person who wants to cosplay as a pleasant hobby.
